The "Avenue of Stars" was built in 1982 and was originally a simple waterfront promenade. Until 2003, some elements related to the Hong Kong film industry were added, and it was renamed the "Avenue of Stars". Since then, it has become a good place for the general public to enjoy sightseeing and foreign visitors to experience Hong Kong film culture.
"Avenue of Stars" is adjacent to "Victoria Harbour", and you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the harbour area. When night falls, the "Avenue of Stars" has also become the best place to watch the night view of Hong Kong and "A Symphony of Lights". "A Symphony of Lights" starts at 8:00 pm every night. It is a show that combines light and music effects. It is co-organized by many places on both sides of the "Victoria Harbour". It is one of the most spectacular light shows in the world.
In 2019, the "Avenue of Stars" has undergone a comprehensive renovation and design, adding a lot of leisure facilities, coupled with the top environmental protection design, making the "Avenue of Stars" an international-class waterfront attraction. In addition, there are also some souvenir shops on the "Avenue of Stars", selling some uniquely designed souvenirs, whether it is a gift or a collection, it is a good choice.
If you also want to come here, it is recommended to take the MTR to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and leave at Exit J2. After that, keep walking towards the direction of Victoria Harbour, you can come to the Avenue of Stars.
